Room in 121 Rue Haxo, 75019 Paris, France, paris

The whole renting process with Xacco was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. Our apartment is perfect, has everything we need, and we are so lucky to have it. The team - Ayushi and his colleagues are very nice and help whenever we need them. If you are looking for an apartment in Paris, I recommend Xacco.

I am really happy to share this feedback about XACCO Global Hospitality for helping me find an appartment in the heart of Paris and thanks to Bhumika Goyal who helped me out throughout the process with as much help as I required. It was very seamless under her guidance and I am a huge fan of this initiative to help out international people find their ideal housing. Strongly recommend

My experience with XACCO was amazing and really smooth because Paris housing hunting is a such a hectic job. Ayushi and team from XACCO made secure everything happens according to my requirements. At every step they were available to help and proactively responded. I highly recommend XACCO as they have no commission and no extra unnecessary charges, just rent + deposit + admin fee which I think as an international student is a plus point.

I stayed at an apartment located in a prime spot next to le marais and république. XACCO was responsive and helpful in answering my doubts and issues I have with the apartment, before signing with them and even during the whole 5 months stay. I have ended my contract with them due to relocation reasons but would definitely recommend XACCO as the agency to apply for houses with! Currently waiting for my full security deposit to be returned back to my preferred bank account, will update further if anything else :)

I moved into my property two weeks ago, and my experience with XACCO as been fantastic, from signing the lease to moving in. I recieved thorough communication, as well as lots of flexibility, which was extremely helpful as I navigated the complicated visa process. The move-in procedure was simple and effective- the inspection was already done for me and extremely thorough. I strongly reccomend xacco to international students such as myself looking for supportive, secure accommodation.
