Apartment in 14 Rue Puebla, 78600 Maisons-Laffitte, France, maisons-laffitte

Our mother resided in this residence for almost a year (May 2025-April 2026). From an environmental standpoint, the residence is very well located: close to shops and the city center, and less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The neighborhood is also very quiet. A senior center for the city is located on the same street, a 3-minute walk away. The premises are clean and well-maintained. You almost feel at home there, even as a non-resident! The residence staff is also very attentive to the residents. They regularly kept us informed of any changes they observed in our mother, whether in terms of her mood, health, or level of integration within the residence. They were also very responsive when our mother's health deteriorated. The management is easily accessible, personable, and very involved in the life of the residence, which are excellent qualities. The external healthcare professionals (nurses, physiotherapists) who regularly visit the residence to provide care for some residents are also very competent and approachable. A big thank you to them. Overall, the atmosphere is peaceful. You quickly feel at ease. It's a bit like a small village. A diverse program of activities is offered each week. Our mother particularly enjoyed the choir. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at the residence again—administration, home care aides, caregivers, and night supervisors—for the excellent support they provided to our mother and ourselves. You can recommend this residence to your loved ones without hesitation; it's a wonderful place to live. 😉

A recent visit to my old retirement home, and as a hotelier by trade, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at this very clean and well-located residence. The entire team is welcoming, and I felt a very positive atmosphere. My aunt, for one, is delighted. 😁

Our mother has been staying at Les Jardins d'Arcadie in Maisons-Laffitte for three years. We highly recommend this establishment for the quality of the entire team, their kindness, and the attention they give to the residents.

I visited this residence with my mother to get some information. The welcome was very friendly. The staff is attentive and does everything to find the best solution. It's very quiet despite being in the city center (next to the covered market). The apartments are well-designed, clean, and there are plenty of activities offered. I think my mother is ready to take the plunge. Everyone feels reassured. A wonderful team, respectful and caring. Don't hesitate to contact them for more information.

We wholeheartedly recommend Les Jardins d’Arcadie, a very well-located facility in a peaceful setting in Maisons-Laffitte. The premises are bright, clean, well-designed, functional, and a pleasure to live in. The meals are of impeccable quality and generous. The services are equally excellent, with a warm and attentive staff who do everything possible to support residents in their integration, which isn't always easy, all with kindness and professionalism. We appreciated that our elderly aunt was safe and had her daily life freed from the burden of managing household tasks. We especially thank the Director, Mr. Van Der Vliet, and his team, Isabel, Cindy, Aline, and Anaïs, for their invaluable assistance.
