Apartment in 45 Rue Lavoisier, 78800 Houilles, France, houilles

Love this place! The location is very close to RER A.

I stayed in this residence for three years, and it was perfect. The Nanterre campus is just one stop away on the L line, and it's close to many amenities (supermarket 5 minutes away, bakery downstairs, etc.). The building is relatively quiet, and although the train station is next door and bus stops are nearby, it's not a problem on a daily basis. Special mention goes to the residence manager who is always available and ready to help if you have any issues. If you're a student, I highly recommend it.

New residence, well located, with everything a student could need, including washing machines! Which is very useful! The apartments are simple but functional and perfectly adequate! The residence manager, Catherine, is lovely, very helpful and accommodating; thank you to her for everything! I highly recommend this residence!

I lived there for a year, my first student apartment in Paris. Very well located, right across from the RER station, everything you could need nearby, quiet neighborhood. A new and clean residence with a very convenient laundry room. The manager was welcoming and attentive, and I never had any noise problems. In short, I highly recommend it.
