Room in Rue de Créqui, Lyon for 355 m² with 7 bedrooms, lyon

One of the worst residences I’ve stayed in. Management never replies to emails, no matter how important the issue is. The front door is often broken, so unauthorized people can enter the building freely, including people smoking weed inside. It feels completely unsafe. The internet was also down for almost two weeks before they finally fixed it. Terrible management, terrible security. Not recommended.

Think twice before PAYING THE 150 euro RESERVATION FEE, because you may have a HUGE CHANCE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. Beware!!

Bad experience in this residence. There have been squatting problems for several months now and absolutely nothing is being done. We feel unsafe and abandoned by the management, who are taking no action.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This residence is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I lived there for a year and had to leave due to harassment and assaults by my neighbor. The residence manager, who is rarely present, was aware of the situation but took no action, claiming to be "afraid" of this individual who lived only two meters from my door. The harassment and assaults lasted seven months without any response from management. Furthermore, there is no security guard to ensure the residents' safety. The manager confirmed seeing the assault on the security cameras and acknowledged that it was intolerable, but this did not prevent the situation from worsening. After the last assault, I was forced to leave my apartment for my own safety. In addition to that, the residence forced me to return for a move-out inspection and withheld over 25% of my security deposit, claiming the apartment was dirty. I also contacted Cardinal Campus headquarters, but received no response. You should be ashamed of tolerating such practices in your residences. I absolutely do not recommend this residence to anyone.

Only the ads, of course... run away! The residence is abandoned, nobody takes care of it, repairs aren't done, squatters, drug use in the filthy common room, total insecurity in the building, the cameras are surely there for decoration but certainly not for our safety or to enforce the rules... the manager is nowhere to be found. Reception permanently closed given the number of people in 8 months...
