My daughter's stay has come to an end after a full year at the residence. We were very satisfied with the residence; it was quiet, secure, and very well maintained. Caroline, the director, is very dedicated to its smooth operation, as well as to the well-being of the students, who sometimes face academic challenges. It was reassuring to know she was discreetly attentive, and we thank her for her great availability.

My daughter stayed in this residence for six months, and it was a completely positive experience. The residence was quiet, well-maintained, and her deposit was returned quickly and in full. Capucine Imbert at reception responded promptly to all emails and was very friendly. The only drawback was the lack of a small wardrobe in the studios.

The residence is well located, though it's getting a bit run-down. However, regarding the move-in inspection, they're incredibly unprofessional. They're not even present, they just email you the report and hand over the keys, with, of course, things missing from the inventory or photos taken from the wrong angle (to their advantage, naturally). So, they take part of the security deposit from the previous tenant, and on move-out day, they're there, even though I did the painting myself and we spent two days cleaning together! And of course, part of the deposit isn't returned, supposedly because the light bulbs weren't working. We even replaced all the bulbs when we moved in six months prior. And to top it all off, I bought a second access badge for €35, which should have been refunded as well... I wanted to use professionals, but this is outrageous, not to mention the fees!

I rented this residence for two years. It's well located, less than 10 minutes from the tram and metro. The apartments are decent, though a bit dated. However, if you're not a medical student, you won't have access to the co-working space. The reception staff are very friendly and respond quickly to any problems, even if they aren't physically present very often. The major drawback that leads me to give such a low rating is the high cost of the application fees, the security deposit, and the rent. As for getting your deposit back, forget about it. They charge for anything and everything without it being noted on the move-out inspection report. I was charged for a wooden kitchen cabinet due to wear and tear (yes, wood next to the sink is not a good idea). I was also charged €40 for cleaning a stain on a blackberry, even though I wasn't responsible and it was there when I arrived. In short, the residence is okay but takes advantage of student money.
