It's a great place for students. The apartment is a good size and great for a single person. The place is clean, tidy and has great ventilation.

I lived in this residence for five years and have very fond memories of it. The residence is pleasant, well-maintained, and very well located, close to metro line D and tram line T4, which is very convenient for everyday life. The manager, Alexandre, is always responsive, friendly, and available whenever needed. Communication is straightforward, and requests are handled quickly. It's truly appreciated to have such professional and personable management. I highly recommend it.

The residence is clean, quiet, and very well located (near metro line D, Part-Dieu train station, with supermarkets nearby and not far from the city center). I was a tenant there for 2.5 years and never lacked anything. The manager, Alexandre, is professional, attentive, always available, and I greatly appreciated his management. I highly recommend it!

Very disappointing experience at this residence! I stayed at this residence for four months (from October 2024 to January 2025) and encountered several problems: - Mail delivery: I experienced delays of up to 15 days in receiving my mail, which complicated the receipt of important documents (CAF benefits). I want to emphasize that this is NOT the fault of the postal service. - Thermal insulation: The apartment was poorly insulated. Despite the heating being on continuously, the temperature remained insufficient. - Value for money: Considering the living conditions, the rent seemed high to me. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this residence! Response: As a reminder, my previous review received a threat of legal action even though I was simply sharing my actual experience at this residence. It seems to me that it's the building manager, not the mail carrier, who delivers the mail. Even though my landlord is independent of the residence, this service was presented to me as a shared responsibility from the moment I moved in. Therefore, you are responsible for the delays and malfunctions I experienced. I am simply stating the facts of my experience in your residence and objectively sharing my opinion!
