Chambre dans le Rue Maurice Grandcoing, ivry-sur-seine

I was one of the residences in Canvas Paris Ivry during my spring exchange semester. I would say that my stay was so perfect in here. I really enjoyed the events that they have every week like pizza or hamburger party. They have full facilities in the room and more than that the common area are very spacious so I invited my friends sometimes. There is a 24-hr security so you can feel safe during your stay. If I had a chance to stay in Paris again, I would go back to Canvas!

✨ Some places are simply somewhere you live. Others become a chapter of your life. For me, this residence became one of the most beautiful chapters of my time in Paris. ✨ 5th January ➡️ 4rd July As an exchange student studying aeronautical engineering, I came to Paris far from my own country, expecting to find a comfortable place to stay while focusing on my studies. Instead, from the moment I arrived until my departure, I felt genuinely at home. What I loved most was the feeling of having everything within reach. I was in Paris, but I didn’t always need to take the tube to go from one place to another just to find something to do. Sometimes, all it took was taking the lift: a study area, the gym, the lounge, the rooftop, an event, or simply a place to relax. There was always somewhere to go, something to do, or a moment to enjoy. And having a piano in the lounge where I could play was such a lovely detail. My room was wonderful, with an incredible view from the 12th floor overlooking the city. It was comfortable, well equipped, and became my own little space where I could rest after busy days. But beyond the facilities, what truly made my experience special was the people. The reception team was always available, helpful, and incredibly responsive, even on WhatsApp. Whenever I needed anything, I knew I could reach out and someone would be there to help. The maintenance team was equally kind and professional. Every interaction made the residence feel welcoming and well cared for. The events were another highlight of my stay. They allowed me to meet new people, discover new experiences, and enjoy life outside my studies. As an exchange student, I really appreciated having a place that gave me the freedom to concentrate on my education while also giving me opportunities to socialize, disconnect, and simply enjoy my time in Paris. Looking back, it’s funny how a place can become so meaningful without you realizing it. I remember the view from my window, the little moments in the lounge, the events, the people I met, and even the simple feeling of coming back after a long day. Writing this review makes me realize how much I would love to experience it all again. I came to Paris looking for a place to live. I left with memories I will always carry with me. And if you are looking for a residence where you can study, meet people, enjoy yourself, and feel at ease while discovering Paris, I truly cannot recommend this place enough. Some addresses are just places on a map. This one will always remind me of a beautiful time in my life 💫

A beautiful residence with well-designed rooms and stunning common areas. The staff is always welcoming and ready to help. Highly recommend! ✨

The reception staff and management are super friendly and always happy to help, which made a big difference during my stay. The interior of the apartment is really well done modern, clean, and comfortable. Anytime there was an issue, it was sorted out very quickly without any hassle. Overall, a really great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it. But the best part about living here is rer c station which is just next to it

My daughter stayed here during her internship in Paris. Great studio, nice common areas, friendly atmosphere among residents. A huge thank you to the young man at the front desk. Always kind and responsive, he helped my daughter with her housing allowance, her navigo card and many other administrative steps. He also speaks English and Spanish, which is a real plus for international residents. Wishing him all the best for the future!
