I had a very pleasant experience during my time in this residence. The manager, Mr. Foch, was always friendly, approachable and quick to help whenever there was a question or an issue. Both the move-in and move-out process were smooth and uncomplicated. My apartment (a single studio) faced a fairly busy street, but the windows were well insulated, so the traffic noise was hardly noticeable. Since the apartment was on the shaded side, it also stayed comfortable even during hot weather. The apartment itself was not brand new, but still in good condition. I lived comfortably in it. The residence is a bit outside the city center, but everyday needs can be taken care of very easily thanks to the Carrefour right next door, a busy shopping mall nearby, and a laundry facility directly in the residence. The residence also contains 2 fast-food restaurants (if you need sth. quick or come home very late). Bus and tram stops are also directly besides the residence, making it easy to reach the city center in about 20 min. Échirolles train station is around 10 min. away on foot, or only 2 min. by tram, which also makes it convenient to reach the Grenoble train station. I also appreciated the secured entrance with double doors, security cameras and the presence of security staff. Overall, a very positive experience.

Yves is a kind, helpful, and approachable person who is always willing to assist when needed. The accommodation was pleasant, well-maintained, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I rented a studio at Échirolles Science Campus and had a great experience. The residence was very safe, and everyone was friendly and helpful, not only the staff, but also the other tenants, who were mostly students. The location is extremely convenient: it’s just a short walk to bus and tram stops that take you directly to Grenoble city center and to nearby university campuses (Grenoble University, Minatec, CEA, etc.). There’s also a Carrefour (similar to Walmart or Target) and a shopping mall close by, which made everyday errands easy.

The dormitory manager is so nice and kind. This residence is clean and has a lot of rooms with splendid views.
