I have lived there for two years. I would like to give 5/5 to all staff working there. They are very nice, kind and helpful. But I can only give the Twenty Campus management system 5/100. Do not live there, unless your superpower is rich :). I moved there in July 2022, the rent was 595 euros. Starting from Jan 2023, they increased the rent to 616 euros without any formal announcement. I got to know that until I received a bill from their financial department in May 2023, and I had to transfer an amount of balance immediately to their account. Again, from Jan 2024, they increased the rent to 636 euros. It is ridiculous to increase the rent yearly so I decided to move to another residence. Before I left in March, they asked me to transfer them 130 euros for 2023 extra charges. ???? Even after I left, they still charged me 66.66 euros of garbage tax. What can I say? They will steal your money with any excuse. But if you are rich, just ignore my comments, since everything will be perfect for you.

I used to have a good review of this place and recommend it to friends and even strangers before I decided to leave it. At first, a bit expensive but ok, you know what you're getting into. 300 euros non refundable fee, some helpful stuff that you have to give back absolutely new (even dry clean the duvet and buy a new mop head). When you decide to leave the place they give you a document with the amount they charge for anything you forget to clean or replace. IT IS VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE and they don't show you that before you decide to leave or when you are renting the apartment. When I checked in one of the receptionists checked the condition of studio with me. He was not checking it very rigorously and so was I... not a problem up to this point. When I checked out the manager was the one checking the condition with me. She is the only person allowed to do it and she was a lot more rigorous. I was charged a total of 115 euros: - 10 euros because I didn't defrost the mini fridge - 45 euros to clean the drain. - 30 euros to clean a very bad mattress protect **which I washed TWICE in their washing machines** (yes, it was clean and they charged me anyway). *The protector was terrible and I doubt a new one is worth 30 euros*. - 30 euros to clean a sofa cover. I also cleaned it. It doesn't seem like it is supposed to be washed and they did not tell me so when I asked in the reception. Of those 4 bullet points, I was only informed about the first two during the check out. That means I wasn't able to confront the manager and show her that the other two were actually clean. She asked me to sign a tablet and I did. She does not speak English and she did not tell me the signature was to confirm her inspection. I spent two days cleaning the apartment, going out to dry clean the duvet, going out to buy weird light bulbs and after all of that I got charged 115 euros. You can imagine how happy I am about all of that. I cannot recommend this place anymore.
