Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable experience!

It was great move in experience and easy to access the all accommodation amenities. I have booked the Calcott Ten student accommodation for the academic year 2026-2027 via Amber student. The dedicated person helped me alot to understand the amenities inside the accommodation. This accommodation placed a huge role in terms of saving time, energy and money. The staff inside the accommodation is very welcomed and helped a lot in everything

Calcott Ten offers clean, modern accommodation in a convenient location. The room is well maintained and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and essential furnishings. On-site facilities include a gym, study room, laundry, and car park, all of which are easy to access and well kept. The building is secure and quiet, and public transport, shops, and food options are close by. Overall, it is a practical and comfortable place to stay.

My experience with the accommodation viewing at Calcott was genuinely wonderful. From the very beginning, the staff member who showed me around was exceptionally kind, patient, and flexible. They answered all of my questions thoughtfully and never made me feel rushed, which made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. What struck me most about the accommodation is how suitable it feels for a writing retreat or a focused academic life. The atmosphere is calm, organised, and thoughtfully designed for students who value both productivity and peace of mind. The study area is especially impressive — quiet, soundproof, and ideal for long hours of reading, writing, and concentration. The building also has beautiful communal spaces, both indoors and outdoors, creating a balanced environment where one can work seriously while still feeling relaxed and connected. The gym is another excellent addition that supports a healthy daily routine. As for the room itself, it feels spacious, comfortable, and inspiring. I particularly loved the desk positioned in front of the window. There is something deeply calming about sitting there, allowing the mind to wander freely while writing, thinking, or simply reflecting. Overall, Calcott feels much more than just student accommodation — it feels like a place intentionally designed to support thoughtful living, study, and personal growth.

As an international student one of the best decision I’ve made is to book accommodation with Calcott Ten. It’s literally home away from home, I’ve made many friends here thanks to various activities arranged. The staff is very cordial and prompt. Every single issue was respectful addressed and resolved. There’s also security throughout nighttime which makes the place very safe. Additionally, I’ve noticed regular maintenance works and lots of fun activities being arranged on regular basis. The location being just a stones throw away from university, I’d highly recommend this place.
