Room in Impasse Charles Vildrac, Créteil for 69 m² with 4 bedrooms, creteil

Excellent residence in Créteil, very close to the metro and the university. Only 20 minutes from the lively areas of Paris. The studio is very well furnished and comfortable, making it perfect for a 6-month stay :) !

Easily one of the best places I have lived in France. New and modern setup. They have lifts stopped for maintenance from time to time and some other issues but overall amazing place to stay!

Very modern and well placed. Love all the common spaces (gym, music lab, movie rooms, etc) pretty interiors :))

I lived here for ten months. The staff are very kind and always helped me when I needed it. In winter, the central heating is very pleasant. The building and facilities are modern and well-maintained. The residence is located just two minutes from the metro station, which is very convenient. There's also a shopping center right next door. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and found this residence very pleasant.

I am very disappointed with the management of this residence. Since moving in on June 24th, I have been experiencing a major problem with the toilet: sewage backs up from the pipes after flushing, with wastewater that doesn't originate from my apartment. The smell is nauseating and permeates the entire apartment (the smell of urine… 🤢). The problem was reported from the start, but after almost two months, no concrete solution has been implemented. During the move-in inspection, the person in charge flushed the toilet in front of us, without letting us see what was inside. We simply assumed the door had been left closed for a long time. In hindsight, it appears that the problem was already present when I arrived, which was concealed from us! According to several residents, I'm not the only one experiencing similar problems (one tenant has to mop her floor because water is leaking from the bottom of her toilet!), which raises questions about the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. What's particularly regrettable is the contrast between the attention paid to the condition of the apartments upon move-in and move-out (numerous photos requested, close scrutiny of the security deposit, etc.) and the lack of responsiveness when residents encounter problems requiring intervention. In short, disappointed.
