Moved in this September and my room was already leaking water. Immediately informed maintenance through the Scape app and next day they came to inspect it. Took about 5 days to finish all the work but definitely made my experience at Scape better, Tom and Joe did an amazing job in repairing the pipes and repainting the walls 👍🏻👍🏻 I offered them some coffee as thanks and sorry for making them go through so much and they gave me chocolate 🍫 (love a chocolate) 🫶🏻

Good accommodation, nicely equipped with well-maintained shared facilities. The only downside was that some of the daytime reception staff came across as a little condescending. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way.

Terrible account management and unprofessional staff throughout my tenancy. On the admin side: a discount code was confirmed in writing but never applied — I had to chase it up months later. A cleaning fee was incorrectly recorded as rent when they changed my room, and once again I was the one who discovered the mistake. The worst part: my portal showed a final payment of £2,676, and a manager confirmed this amount in person, only for the team to come back weeks later saying I owed £172 more with no prior notice. Every single error came from their side, yet every time it fell on me to find it and push for a fix. On top of that, the night reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I went to collect a parcel and politely asked "Can I collect my parcel?", the staff member refused to help and demanded I say the “magic word” . It was not said in a joking manner, and even if it were, it is not appropriate for a staff member to speak to a paying tenant that way. The same staff member also referred to me by my room number instead of my name, while laughing and chatting loudly with colleagues. Completely unprofessional. The building itself is decent, but between the constant billing errors, lack of communication, and disrespectful front desk behaviour, I would not recommend Scape Leeds to anyone.

The move in day was just amazing with all of the staff being so helpful. It’s so amazing to have someone great you at reception in the morning and in the evening after a long day at uni, especially when living away from home. The cleaning team and the maintenance team keep the building in pristine condition. I’ve been so happy staying at scape. Additionally, the activities are planned so well, with so much care to give us a good experience.

This accommodation is in a fantastic location and offers top-notch facilities like a three-floor gym. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed—love the built-in ceiling speakers in the kitchens, such a cool touch! The staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile, which makes the place feel really welcoming. The lifts could be faster, and the WiFi sometimes drops out, but neither significantly interferes with daily life. They also run plenty of events throughout the year, featuring fun activities and, best of all, delicious free food! The price is on the higher side, but considering the quality, amenities, and overall experience, it’s definitely worth it.
