We stayed here for 6 nights in February 2026, as part of our vacation in Paris. Firstly, on a positive start the staff were very friendly and kind throughout the entirety of our stay and welcomed us very warmly. They provided us with all the information we required on how to get around Paris and what would be the most cost effective way to get around. The room itself was spacious enough, with a comfortable double bed, and a decent sized bathroom. There was also a night stand, a dressing table, and a full sized mirror on the wall. The room was included with lots of amenities which included, a microwave, a fridge, an electric cooker, and a sink. Furthermore, the kitchen cabinets had cutlery, cups, glasses, and plates which was a nice touch. I have to mark the hotel down for cleanliness. Quite frankly, on our arrival, the room was very dusty and the worktops and cabinets had dust gathered on them. Also the floor did not look like it had been hoovered or mopped before our arrival. We were told by the receptionist that house-keeping only happens once a week on a Tuesday, and if you require additional house-keeping then there would be an additional charge. I thought this was unusual as I have never experienced this before at a hotel. Nevertheless, the housekeeping that was done in our room on Tuesday was unsatisfactory and below standards. On our arrival to the room, the floor was still messy and again it had not been mopped or hoovered. The worktop cabinets, the nightshade draw, and the dressing table was still dusty. And lastly the most concerning issue was the plates and glasses we used had not been washed and just left near the sink. I felt that was appalling. Additionally, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, there was still marks around the sink and shower. The only things that had been done was the bed sheets and the duvets were changed, and new towels had been provided. Lastly, the location is a fair distance away from the main attractions in Paris or Central Paris. Its about 15km - 20km away from the Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomph, Louvre Mueseum, and the other Central attractions. It can take anything between 30-60 mins to arrive at your destination. Beware that traffic can cause delays. An Uber will cost you around 20 -30 euros to get to Paris Central. However, it might be cheaper if you use public transport such as buses, trains, or trams if you know how to use it. Uber foods can be delivered to the hotel quite easily, we had no issues with this. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay at if your looking for a budget holiday. However, some things can be improved.

I am Wiam M , posting from another account as Google Maps does not allow reviewers to reply to comments. “During the day”? The incident happened at 1:20 a.m. I was asleep. And it was a man who refused to leave my room for a while, not a quick mistake. And your teams acknowledged it and said “system error” Lying publicly like this is even more shocking than the incident itself, and only proves that safety is not a priority in your hotel. The fact that you minimize and distort the facts suggests this is almost routine for you.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service. We had 30 degree heat while we stayed here and the air conditioning wasn’t working the entire time. The hotel staff lied to us saying that they had an engineer coming out 3 days in a row. We then had a nice member of staff tell us this is a common issue and they didn’t have any engineers coming out to fix the Aircon. They also don’t have a manager at the hotel to raise any issues and couldn’t point us in the right direction to get in contact with one. Overall terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Very nice room with big bed, small kitchen, good size restroom, big TV and small table for office job. All very well cleaned and goood service.

We booked through on the beach. Unfortunately they didn’t explain that the area is having a regeneration and there is a lot of roadworks, temporary boarding, and generally looks a bit like Spain tbh. It’s all very commutable though. Definitely a cheaper version of similar hotels closer to the centre. As with all cities it took 45-60 mins to get to the Eiffel Tower but by tram 20 minutes. Taxis were €15-20 each way but metro system €12 unlimited travel. Hotel itself. Fantastic. The hotel had everything needed. Even ironing board etc Their wifi was fantastic worked well. I was able to catch up on Netflix and emails. The gym was great. The sauna clean. I watch the cleaners meticulously clean every inch of the room next door. The shower was amazing pretty new but excellent power, no bidet required! It was brilliant. The bathroom was furnished well very clean and modern. The bed reasonable comfortable (I have a bad back and it didn’t cause issue) The window was HUGE perfect on a sunny hot day but also aircon. Both usb and c type charger holes. A hairdryer too. Could couldn’t ask for more. But as I say it wasn’t city centre it was realistically 30 minutes commute via car, 15 minutes by train/metro. The area was safe compared to the hot spots in central Paris. Overall fantastic short break wish we stayed longer!
