Room in Avenue Louis Luc, Choisy-le-Roi for 73 m² with 3 bedrooms, choisy-le-roi

The hotel is very decent and good value for money. For a very reasonable price, you have access to all the amenities you would find in a much more expensive hotel. The room (313A) was nice, clean, quiet and cosy. A private parking spot is available for a small daily fee. Breakfast was very good and tasty. The metro station is one minute away on foot. Special thanks go to Madame Laetitia from reception! She was so kind and polite, and very helpful with everything! Thank you so much!

Decent hotel for a reasonable price. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and spoke English. Area is not great with a few lousy food shops, but the hotel is very close to RER-C train station, it was about 20 minute journey to the centre.

A good hotel, Denis and I were very happy! There's takeout and a French pastry shop nearby. The train station is also nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but there are no slippers or a hairdryer. My €200 deposit was returned after a week.

Stayed with them last week, the room they gave us originally had no AC and we had to pay 150 to get basic AC in this very hot heatwave. This is not even the most worrying part. They charged us or 200 euro deposit THREE TIMES! Once on the 11th of July when we checked in, again on the 15th of July when we checked out and again on the 17th of July which is today. We abided all the rules and did not even break anything so the fact that we not only didn’t get our deposit back but was charged 600 euro total is absolutely ridiculous! Makes us feel like we got scammed. And we I tried to ring the phone to ask why is this so, they never picked up for more than 25 minutes. This needs to be resolved.

Room was fine for what you pay for. Our stay was actually well worth the money. The problem came when we asked the desk to book a car to the Orly Airport (5am before trains were operating). The driver they booked for us scammed us, forcing us to pay 80 euro for a 15 minute drive. Never thought they would blatantly book someone that would do that. Be careful about the people working there, they are not there to help the guests.
