Room in 4 Rue Frégate la Boussole, 29200 Brest, France, brest

I stayed at the UXCO Lemon residence for almost 6 months while doing my PhD abroad. I had a great time here, the flat is very modern and comfortable, as is the entire building, which is clean and welcoming. The location is excellent, being very close to the tram and bus stops. The value for money is really great! Above all, I had a wonderful experience with the staff. The girls at reception helped me at all times, always present, kind and available, acting almost like friends as well as excellent administrators. Also the other members of the staff are always kind and helpful. The human factor is always what matters most, and here I couldn't have found better! A place I highly recommend! Laura from Italy

I’ve lived here for five months, and throughout my stay the staff have been consistently efficient and responsible — whether it was routine maintenance or unexpected issues, they responded promptly and resolved everything professionally. The building is clean, well‑maintained, and feels very safe. I’m truly grateful for the team’s dedication and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation!

Good reception and polite staff.

A very positive experience at the UXCO Lemon residence. The residence is pleasant and well-located, but I especially want to highlight the quality of the welcome and the helpfulness of the staff. They are attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist, which makes the stay much more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your support and professionalism. I highly recommend this residence!
