Room in 2 Rue Dr Thielmans, 29200 Brest, France, brest

this residence is honestly top ✨ The studios are new, super clean, and perfectly located in Capucins. The service is amazing too. Everything is made for students chill lounge, study room, laundry, and the studios come fully furnished. And the manager? always available, fast, and really helpful. Fr I 100% recommend it :)

I’ve lived at Dock 29 for over two years and had a truly amazing experience. As a first-time resident in France, I felt very safe and comfortable from day one. The studios are super clean, well-organized, with new furniture and incredibly comfortable mattresses :). The location is great—close to the center and in a lovely neighborhood. A big thanks to Brieuc, the manager, who is very friendly and extremely helpful. Whether it’s a small issue or a big one, I always felt heard and supported. I highly recommend Dock 29 to any student looking for a perfect place to live in Brest!

Terrible experience when return my apartment here. They will try to charge you as much as possible. Then they will send all of the documents VIA MAILBOX of our old address (and of course you will not recognize about their existence). The later you recognize about it, the more you have to pay. Truly a scammer!

From May 22, 2026, until today, May 23 at 12:12 PM, the UXCO Dock 29 building located at 25 rue du Cap Finistère in Brest has been without electricity. We have tried contacting UXCO's emergency numbers several times, but without any response. Even though it's a long weekend, it's unacceptable to leave students in this situation. Our children can neither study properly during exam and resit periods, nor cook. Not to mention the food stored in the refrigerators that risks spoiling. Are they really going to be without electricity and in the dark for three days? How can we contact the relevant authorities when such a serious emergency occurs? I am the mother of a student and I live 22,000 km away from my son. This situation worries me greatly. Please, it's URGENT!!! It's not just about my son… A worried mother…

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this residence. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The staff was also very welcoming and always available if needed. Thank you!
