Room in 12 Rue Saint-Pol Roux, 29200 Brest, France, brest

The accommodation is top-notch, and the staff, particularly Ms. Le Roux, is amazing - always helpful and kind. Its location is ideal, being close to Carrefour for easy shopping and its proximity to the tram station and bus line 4 makes commuting and exploring Brest truly hassle-free. I highly recommend R'Campus for students seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Brest.

Résidence complète, bien placée, très propre. Le parking est sécurisé. Les appartements sont joliment meublés et bien isolés. Mme Le Roux la responsable est disponible, à l’écoute, arrangeante et très efficace ! Je recommande totalement la résidence

Disastrous experience with this agency. They withheld €500 from my security deposit during the check-out inspection, including €104 for the replacement of a perfectly functional microwave, which they refused to return. Having rented before without any issues getting my deposit back, these arbitrary billing practices for perfectly good equipment are utterly outrageous. Absolutely avoid them.

A very good residence. Everything is brand new, including the furniture. I haven't had any problems with humidity or heating; it's quite well insulated. The amenities, like the gym and laundry room, are very convenient. 15 minutes from the city center by tram.

A decent residence, but disastrous management. At first, everything seemed fine: the residence is secure, functional, and the residents are pleasant. But the end of my stay was a huge disappointment. They withheld over €200 of my deposit, including €100 for unjustified damage, even though I always took good care of the apartment. I've included some photos so you can see the impeccable condition I kept it in! They accused me of leaving a pan with marks, even though I never used their equipment, having my own dishes from the start. No thorough inventory was taken upon arrival, and I didn't take any photos, trusting them—a mistake I advise everyone to avoid. The curtains, which were highly praised upon my arrival, were another problem: although I cleaned them, they demanded a second wash before my departure. In addition to this, there were hidden fees and unexpected taxes imposed at the end, and documents were signed without clear explanation. Despite my messages to the manager, there has been no response or refund. I'm only giving one star for the security and design of the residence. But their management is dishonest and takes advantage of students. BE VIGILANT AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!!
