Room in 1 Rue d'Alembert, 29200 Brest, France, brest

Hello, A quick thank you note. My daughter is leaving after almost two years in the residence. A big THANK YOU to the manager, Mr. Calvez: Very helpful, friendly, and efficient! A valuable asset to the students. Best regards, Arnaud

Very modern and well-maintained residence. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Very well located.

An ideal residence for students, very well located and secure. The apartments are very well laid out and well equipped, the common areas are pleasant, spacious, and always clean. The manager is available and responsive. A reassuring solution for students and parents alike. As you can see, don't hesitate if you're looking!

It doesn't get much better than this. I stayed here for over three years. It's close to the city center and universities, served by two bus lines right outside the exit, and the parking and residence are secure. There's also bicycle parking. The manager is super friendly and efficient, and organizes events in the common rooms at least once a month. The rooms are new and very well laid out. 👍👍

This residence is absolutely fantastic, close to the universities and the city center. I lived there for a year, and the studios are clean and well-laid-out; you feel very comfortable. The residence is also well-maintained, secure, and very well-equipped with a gym, TV room, communal kitchen, and laundry facilities. Furthermore, the manager is very kind, always attentive, and very accommodating. It's the ideal place to live in Brest as a student; I highly recommend it.
