I had a lovely experience with my long stay contract started from yesterday. Special mention to Intern-Manager Sandy Withnel, who made the process smooth and answered all my questions patiently. The studio is good and as shown in the picture. Overall, I'm happy.

Appalling service! After a year in the apartment, it's time for a review. Positive Point: Its location. Close to numerous schools, a tram stop, bus lines, and a park-and-ride. If your children attend ISG, ESME, Ynov, etc., it's just a short walk away. Negative Point: Everything else. Functional apartments, but nothing more: no hot water for several days in the middle of winter, a leak under the sink, malfunctioning electric radiators... Every month brings a new surprise. But above all, the problem is the lack of service! They sell us a dream, but the reality is quite different. Only one person is present, sporadically, for a few hours a day, meaning when the students are in class... No one is present in the evenings. Not even one or two days a week. And certainly not on Saturdays. And if you have an access problem, you'll have to contact an on-call team only available between 10 PM and 4 AM! And it's an extra charge. No phone contact, no on-call number, no emergency number. Young people are left to fend for themselves... Also, be wary of enticing advertisements. Free internet access? Yes, well, on a public, unsecured Wi-Fi network. In the end, you'll have to install your own router at your own expense. An intercom at the bottom of the building? Yes, but it's a sham. You can call for ages because there are no intercoms in the rooms... A common room? Yes, a soulless, partially underground basement. One word: Disappointing...

Excellent service, the welcome was really pleasant and they accepted my request quickly. I highly recommend this residence.

The room my girlfriend and I are staying in is really welcoming; it's warm and quite quiet on our side. The bathroom is also spacious, with plenty of storage space, which is perfect for us. The only slight downside is the pan sticks...

Resident for over a year. The staff is very attentive, and the common areas are spotless. Magalie makes regular improvements to the common areas, which is a real plus. A major strength is the soundproofing; the walls are very thick, offering a lot of privacy. The only thing that needs improvement is the bike storage.
