I moved into this residence recently and I have not had a smoother move-in process than this. Linda, who is representing the residence, made sure that I could settle down as comfortably as possible. She was very attentive to note everything that the previous tenant did to the apartment. The residence itself is super clean, the rooms are perfectly equiped and cozy. It is rare to find an apartment complex that is even equipped with indoor gym, coworking rooms, breakfast and even a cinema. In addition to all this, the University is a 10 minute and the center is a 20 minute walk. Super happy to live here!

My daughters spent a year at this lovely residence in Aix-en-Provence. Linda, the manager, was fantastic, incredibly available, and always attentive—a truly wonderful person! The apartment was excellent (we had a two-bedroom), and the parking and services like breakfast, the gym, and housekeeping were all very much appreciated. As a parent, this residence made me feel secure, and Linda's near-constant presence made it even more reassuring. I highly recommend it!

I just left the Twenty Campus residence and I highly recommend it. The facilities are brand new and modern, and the apartment was spotless and very clean. A huge thank you to the residence manager: she is extremely kind, professional, responsible, and always attentive. Thanks to her, I felt very comfortable and had a wonderful stay. My daughter lived in this dorm for 1.5 years. When she moved in, it was new and had only been used for a few months. When we went to settle her in, I had to do a very thorough cleaning. Two weeks ago, when I handed over the room, I painted the wall they requested (they said you can have it painted for 350 Euros if you don't know how to paint). I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom to a dazzling degree. I even wiped the windows. Because I'm quite obsessive about cleanliness. When they came to take over, they couldn't find any faults, so they even blamed us for a dead fly on the ceiling. They made us buy a spare battery for the appliance in the bathroom, even though it was working. What if it ran out? We weren't given a spare battery. There was a tiny gap in the bathroom grout (maybe it was handed over like that). The construction wasn't done well (but we can't prove it because we didn't take photos). They deducted the cost of this from the deposit. I thought they would thank us for handing it over so cleanly. They almost said, "Hand over your hands, we'll check your fingernails too." A suggestion for the management: I think they should clean the cigarette butts on the stairs outside the entrance from time to time. It's very convenient, of course, because it's so close to the school. Make sure you take photos of everything when you check in. They almost used a magnifying glass to find fault, just to avoid returning the deposit. In short, you might not receive it perfectly clean, but you need to return it flawlessly. Otherwise, the deposit, which is over 1000 Euros, will be forfeited. If I hadn't gone from Turkey to clean the room and pack up the furniture, my daughter wouldn't have been able to paint the walls or clean it so thoroughly. She would have left the room exactly as it was handed over to us, just like any young person in their twenties. I gave it 2 stars for its location. If the management had said, "We couldn't deliver it to you in such good condition, but you left it sparkling clean, thank you," it would have gotten 4 stars. I wouldn't have given it full marks either, because the room was freezing cold in the winter.
