Apartment in 1 Bd Ferdinand de Lesseps, 13090 Aix-en-Provence, France, aix-en-provence

I spent almost five years at the Student Village residence, and frankly, it was a very good experience for student life. The residence is new, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for students. There's always someone available if you have a problem or a question, which is really reassuring on a daily basis. I highly recommend it to students looking for practical and pleasant accommodation.

Superb residence, clean and well-located, where I've lived for almost two years now, with many amenities available (laundry, common room, gym, etc.). Manon, the manager, makes sure everything runs smoothly for the tenants, providing support whenever a problem arises. The biggest plus, in my opinion, is the organization of numerous festive and social events throughout the year, fostering a great atmosphere among the residents. I highly recommend it!

A very beautiful, clean residence, ideally located in the heart of Aix... My son just spent almost six years in a charming one-bedroom apartment, where he obtained his degrees in a privileged, calm, and serene environment conducive to studying... I highly recommend it. And a big thank you to Manon for her availability, professionalism, kindness, responsiveness, and smile.

Nice, clean and well-insulated residence (sound and heat). Bring a portable air conditioner or a large fan for the summer.

I've lived in this student residence since 2022 and I'm very happy here. The setting is pleasant and the manager is very attentive and responsive. I recommend this residence.
