I recently spoke with Jessica over the phone while interested about an apartment and I just wanted to say how friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful she was. Even though I ended up having to move last minute and couldn’t move forward with the process, my interaction with her really stood out to me. Evergreen has been a great place to rent from and I highly recommend them. We don't often have issues but evergreen does do scheduled maintance trips to help keep their properties in good condition and their maintance team is great! Jerry is the main maintance professional that works on our building and he is always in a great mood and is always willing to help if problems arise. Their customer service line is also great if you have any questions regarding your lease they are willing to help. After renting from them for 3 years I am pleased to say that this all remains true! Jerry and the evergreen maintenance team still rock and continue to provide great service with a positive attitude! And their outreach team does a great job with reminders about lease renewal and other scheduled services that may be upcoming!
