I absolutely love living here. It's clean, quiet, close to campus and convenient. Staff is always friendly and pretty quick to fix maintenance issues. The room layout and assignment is truly affordable and safe space 2 rooms to yourself and shared common areas. Additionally, Brian in the office is just the kindest person ever. He made my move from Texas so easy.

Would not recommended living in this community. Utility bills are inconsistently posted so some months I only pay rent and some months I end up paying for utilities of two months. This inconsistency is very annoying. Poor communication from management regarding maintenance issues. This apartment is next to businesses that are constantly noisy at very early hours of the morning, so if you want quiet maybe look elsewhere. You definitely get what you pay for. Also for those looking for amenities, there are no amenities here (I.e., pool, gym).
