These people are total scam artists. They say you need a guarantor(cosigner) no matter how old you are and even if you pay out your lease completely. That's bogus and fake. Run in the other direction from these tree nutjobs. I will be leaving LSUS because of there nonsense I suggest anyone else with at least half a brain to do the same. College is a boarding school, this "college" want board you and claims they have no control over THEIR OWN STUDENT HOUSING. SUSPICIOUS! FALSE ADVERTISING. Anyone who's been to multiple colleges knows the school approves"on campus housing". "Calling it"on campus housing" when it's really "apartments their kinda affiliated with" is bogus. You can't live at pilot point without your parents permission no matter how old you are. They say you have to have a guarantor on your application no matter your age. I've had them send that to me in writing. I offered to pay out a 10 month lease up front and they told me,a 33year old man, I still needed my parents permission to live on campus lmao. If your parents are dead, don't wanna bring up any bad memories for anyone, pilot point will though, do a seance and get their permission that way. They tried to revoke the 33$ fee you pay if you have no guarantor even though it's on there website. They did all that after I signed the lease and after they got money. Then refused to give me a full refund. They told I electronically agreed, and needed to keep my word,to give them my money but when I told them they electronically agreed to charge me a $33 fee with no guarantor, and THEY NEEDED TO KEEP THEIR WORD, this is what they said look at the pictures I'm attaching. Misinformation if they need to keep their word. Telling me there going to update the information soon. It was there when I signed the lease and I want it. Period. You didn't remove it that means I can have it. Make an "exception", YOU keep YOUR word. It woulyd even really be an exception because I have it writing.I moved from new Orleans to Shreveport based on their word and website. Now I'm homeless. **UPDATE** The responded to my review and asked me to contact them with my concerns. I did. It's been a week and no response. They only pretend to respond to reviewers so it looks like they care. They don't.

Nice place to stay. Staffs are always helpful. Top security. regular events and food is really fun for students. 100% recommend it.

i lived in a wonderful studio and it was my first time getting an apartment- Brandon was very helpful in helping my grandmother and me select the right apartment and had great customer service skills! all around great experience:) thank you Brandon!!
