University Village Towers, riverside-ca

University Village Towers has been a great place to live. The location is convenient, the amenities are solid, and the community feels comfortable. What truly made my experience stand out were my interactions with the staff in the leasing office. One in particular staff member that stands out is Xatziry. On multiple occasions, she helped me with things that could’ve easily turned into stressful situations. Each time, she was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled smoothly. Whether it was a question about my lease or something I needed help sorting out, she always approached it with professionalism and kindness.Those encounters showed how much she cares about residents and how dedicated she is to creating a positive living experience. UVT is already a good place to stay, but people like Xatziry make it feel welcoming and supportive. She truly deserves recognition for her excellent service.

I love living at University Village Towers. The amenities are amazing and make everyday life so much more convenient and enjoyable. One of the biggest perks is the location. It's a very short commute to UCR, and there's a bus stop directly in front of the apartment complex, making it easy to get to campus without worrying about parking or traffic. I also want to give a thank you to Xatziry for being so helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Since this is my first apartment, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they were always patient, kind, and quick to help. They made the transition so much less stressful and made me feel confident every step of the way.

Nicole was so helpful throughout the whole leasing process! She answered all my questions, was super friendly, and made everything really easy. UVT is a great place to live if you’re a UCR student, the location is super convenient, the amenities are nice, and everyone has been really welcoming. So glad I chose to live here!

Dont sign a lease here!!! My apartment came with cleaning supplies & cleaning items in general and when I moved out I left it there because I assumed it came with the apartment. They are now stating that they will charge me for the items. They also enter the premises so many times without notification. The management are just pure rude and try to get every penny out of you. There is so much about this apartment complex that is wrong and i advise EVERYONE to stay out & lease somewhere else!! The washing machines were broken 80% of the time & they would take forever to fix it. When I moved into the apartment I moved out of, there was cat kibble everywhere and the place was just pure dirty. Mind you me and my roommate just moved in, and in the couch there was underwear. USED UNDERWEAR!!! Me and my previous roommate notified them about this but they ignored us and did not care. There were holes and dents in the walls and the carpet was shedding already. (They said they redid the carpets… WHERE??) I left the apartment way cleaner than I received it and they want to charge me??? Right. The apartments are also NOT renovated. The only ones renovated are select 4x4 . Dont expect a newer looking apartment if you get anything other than that. DONT SIGN THE LEASE HERE!!!

really nice amenities for a student apartment!! and whenever i had a problem, the staff were always helpful and quick to respond (marcus praseuth in particular was great to work with) i'd recommend living here. felt relatively safe too
