I think you can see the apartments, the location, and the convenience in a multitude of other reviews. I'll focus on the experience. I cannot express enough how great it is to work with the management team, especially Skylar, the Assistant Property Manager. She was fantastic from Day 1 and has helped us with every request and resolved all of our needs to high satisfaction. I have no hesitation and no regrets renting here and working with Skylar. THANKS!!!

I signed a 6 month lease with an option for renewal that was not only canceled early but also denied a renewal. Also, one of the property team member repeatedly hide & withheld me packages. It seemed as a racial jab which shocked me as I am also latino, I'm guessing he assumed differently due to my skin tone. It got so bad that I had to have my mom assist in locating upper management with a package retrieval; of which contained Christmas gifts & decorations to make my first apartment experience feel like home. To make matters worst the roomates selected through their random selection process included two individuals who were extremely messy, disruptive, & manipulative; when asked you assist with calming the environment, they waited a few days and posted a notice after they had gone home for the weekend. A few weeks prior to the lease being shortened & the renewal denied the roomates began to illegally sublet an additional roomate adding a 4th person to our 2 bedroom apartment. Maybe the worst part of all includes the dirty bathroom of which garbage was left under the sink, showing that a prior thorough cleaning was not conducted.

I have been here since 9/24. I love the staff in the office, and the apartment itself is perfect. The floorplan is practical but just creative enough to inspire a fun layout with furniture. I do wish I could switch to monthly so in the event a home purchase opportunity comes up, it will not require breaking a lease.

I have been here for 3 years counting this lease term. I cannot recommend these apartments. My first apartment was delivered to me dirty, with a broken toilet, half of the curtains missing or damaged, and no smoke alarm. It took about half a year to resolve everything. My second apartment was delivered well enough. still had to make early maintenance reports, but none were as urgent as the last apartments. If that was all, I would give 3 stars. but recently, management has started using AI for maintenance requests, it used to be a form. So 2 stars. Now, I am still asked the very same questions the form used to ask, but I am asked the one by one, with an artificial delay between them to make it look like the AI is “typing” Why use a chatbot if it only asks the questions the form had? Please look for any other location than this one. Or say you must inspect the apartment before you move in, and don’t sign anything until you make sure you won’t need immediate important maintenance. I will change my review to 3 stars if they reinstate the maintenance form if everything had gone well, and the form was still in place I would give it 4 stars. but the fact they don’t inspect their apartments before delivery (or at least clearly didn’t for mine) does not allow me to go any higher than 3 if they fix the form edit: I forgot, they have incentives for reviews in posters around the complex. that’s scummy. I think they are giving a gift card or something. It warrants another star off. 1 star.

As a student at UCR, living here has been such a great experience! The location is super convenient and close to campus, which makes it perfect for student life. What really stands out, though, is how amazing the staff is. They do such a great job communicating what’s going on in the building — whether it’s maintenance updates, community events, or just general notices. I really appreciate that because who doesn’t want to stay in the loop about what’s happening where they live 😊 Brandon from the leasing office is always so friendly and helpful. He greets me by name every time I pick up a package and always has such a positive attitude! It’s such a small thing but makes me feel really seen and appreciated. And Emily, the property manager, is seriously the sweetest person ever she’s so welcoming, open, and friendly. She’s created such a warm and comfortable environment here. Overall, I feel lucky to live somewhere that not only feels like home, but where the staff truly care about the residents. Highly recommend for any UCR students! 😊
