I had to call the leasing office today and the lady I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. She was polite, patient, and very helpful, and she took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s so nice to talk to someone who genuinely cares and wants to help. This call really made my day and left a great impression of the community. Thank you for such great customer service!

Had the pleasant experience of calling to inquire about a rental property in Oakland for my daughter. The two young ladies were very pleasant and kind. They were very detailed in their explanations and application process and what to expect moving forward. 6 stars out of 5. Hooray!

My daughter just graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and when I asked her what she would miss most about her time at Pitt, she immediately said her friends and living at the Church at McKee Place. That really says it all. As a parent, what stood out to me the most was Kristen’s competency — she answered every question easily and quickly, which made the entire experience stress-free and so much smoother for us.

I had a wonderful conversation with Mylee, helping me in my search for a rental property for my son. She was extremely helpful and full of information to make this search very easy. She even gave me a great suggestion for the best Starbucks location. Can’t thank her enough!
