DO NOT LIVE HERE! Where do I even start. Management is horrible(they’re good when they’re trying to get people to move here but once you’re in they do not care at all), they do not care about the health and safety of the property. It’s impossible to get ahold of them, they’re never in office during office hours and randomly changed them to rediculous hours that most people could never go to if they need to physically talk to someone, they never answer the phone and the voice mail is always full. It is disgusting, not maintained or cleaned. I moved in after there was a summer camp and it was absolutely disgusting. Something is always broken, if you live in the south building, the washers and dryers are absolutely horrid and one of them is always broken, sometimes all the dryers will just shut off and you’re left with soaking wet clothes, they don’t clean them so almost all of my clothes have some sort of stain on them and it’s impossible to get out. You can almost never get a washer or dryer due to people constantly leaving mounds of clothes in and on the washers and dryers. The parking garage floods, the pipes are always leaking and you can’t even see the lines for parking spots so people just make their own spots and I’m pretty sure my cars been scratched. Im pretty sure there’s black mold growing on the bathroom walls and all around the apartment and they won’t do anything about it. This whole complex is just a safety/health violation, absolute joke, I cannot get out of this place fast enough. SAVE YOUR TIME, WELL BEING AND MONEY AND DO NOT LIVE HERE!

This place is amazing. I've worked closely with Mason and Trace to help me get the dates and times in order for my lease. They are straight forward with their pricing and policies with no hidden agendas. I had searched through 15 different apartments I would highly recommend living here, there is so much space, and everyone I have met has been so kind. Get in contact with them and they will help you!

Not a fan. My daughter and her roommate found this place as freshmen. I went to look at the space and was shown a very nice apartment identical to the one we were renting. It was clean, updated, and painted within the past few months. I was told her building would be updated over the summer. When we arrived, it was in horrible shape. Nothing was updated. This is my third college aged child an our 13th move in/out. It was by far the worst condition of any building we've ever taken a child to. Not only was the apartment different from the space we saw, but the furniture we were told would be in the room was also missing. We had to track down a bed! We usually plan on 3-4 hours for a move-in. This one took us 12 hours. When we walked into the room, it was filthy. One of the closet doors was broken off, and there were holes (not nail size, but first) in the walls. The blinds were broken, the carpet was filthy, the smell was horrible, and the previous tenant had left clothing on the floor and in the drawers, including underwear, bras, and used personal hygiene items. We would have pulled her out, but school started, and we didn't have anywhere to go. My daughter was so upset that she cried. We couldn't leave her there. We spent $$$$ at Home Depot on wall repair kits, blinds, rungs, and repair kits for the shower and toilet. We had to run a line down the drain to get the shower to drain. We did the same with the sink. We cleaned mold from the shower, fixed broken tiles, replaced a toilet seat, and repaired cupboard doors. The management company did reimburse us for what we spent, but we shouldn't have had to spend anything. It was obvious that no one had checked or cleaned this room before it was rented. We had several friends in different rooms who had similar issues. During the year, a fridge broke and it took three weeks for it to be replaced. Their furnace stopped working during the winter, and the washers and dryers broke regularly. Again, the furniture we were told would be in the furnished space never showed up. The carpet was replaced while the kids were gone for Christmas break, but it was done poorly, and it will be a mess within a short amount of time. None of the other updates we were promised were done. We honestly just stopped asking. My daughter felt safe there, most of the time, but there were constant issues. Water issues, dumpsters overflowing, broken sinks, and general disrepair. Now that we are out, I feel like I can be honest and let others know what happened to us. The front desk staff was always nice, and the one and only repairman on the property was kind. Parking is free and plentiful. There's not much of a social scene at these buildings, so my student spent most of her time at other buildings. One of the issues is this property rents out the spaces to summer sports camp participants so even if they clean the rooms after we leave, they aren't cleaned again.

I scheduled a tour for a week out and the management reached out to me the next day inviting me to have a tour that same day. While I haven't moved in yet I have signed a contract to move in eventually. Their prices are very low for the area while their apartments are quite large. I also sat down and read through the lease. They have 1-2 fees (2 with renters insurance) at a maximum of an extra 24$ a month. Literally no other fees and I looked quite extensively. They are doing renovations right now so the quality of the building is set to improve. The management I met were very kind, honest, and straightforward. I haven't been able to find a downside.

This apartment complex is exactly what I wanted and needed! New student at UVU and this is perfect! Located right across the street. Very Spacious and being furnished, a definite plus! But most importantly, the staff are awesome. I first met the office staff, two ladies, Stephanie and the Property Manager Genna. They welcomed me in and showed me around the complex. Answered all my questions clearly, helped me through the lease information and process, and and are constantly going out of there way to do everything possible to make you feel at home with ease. Great attitudes with nothing but a smile on their face. Maintenance has been wonderfully helpful. These guys and girls are AWESOME! Love my new apartment with all the amenities it offers.
