Apartments are gross, roaches everywhere. Walls, cabinets, and vanities have cheap paint and fixtures. Parking lot always smells feces and garbage and are filthy littered. Pavement is terrible for your tires. They will tow your car randomly, leaving you SOL. Overly difficult and unusable community laundry system. Gym is terrible with lackluster and broken equipment, especially compared to other complexes in the city. You are probably 50% more likely to hear random yelling, fighting, or gunshots here than other nearby complexes. The fact that they constantly raise rent is laughable. Do not live here unless it’s your absolute last resort.

I do not recommend living here. There is often no water, and the staff is unprofessional. The apartments are poorly built. If you put furniture in your apartment, you may need to place supports under some of the legs because the floors are uneven. When you report a maintenance issue, they don’t have qualified professionals to fix it properly. The office also keeps giving false information about unresolved problems and may even charge you for issues they never fixed. Save yourself the stress and don’t move here.

Been living here since last July never had any problems! If you’re a student and want a place to yourself at a low price this is for you!

Horrible office staff. They were so uncooperative that we canceled our application and looked elsewhere. Given all the negative reviews of this apartment we should have not even looked here.

They are charging us near $600 from our last apt even though the messes and a majority of the damage is them not bringing maintenance people to fix them. Not only that but it was to be renovated anyway,the pictures they show for the renovations are done cheap as possible. DONT FALL FOR IT! It’s made just to look good so the people can buy into it and they’ll charge bs charges,they charged $75 for 2 damaged blinds. This is the only place we got to stay and they’re trying to get us out. New manager sucks,complete rip-off too. She got fired from her last job for being rude and it’s no different here too.
