University Village Apartments - Muncie, muncie-in

I recently came to see apartments at University Village in Muncie, and I had a great experience thanks to Brandon. He is a very kind and professional person who took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. He made the whole process easy to understand and comfortable. I truly appreciate his help and positive attitude. Highly recommend working with him and University Village!

I had an amazing experience touring this apartment community! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize Braelon, who gave me an excellent tour. He was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You can tell he truly cares about what he does, and he made the whole experience even better. The property itself is beautiful, and the surrounding area is just as impressive. Everything about my visit exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new home!

University village is amazing! My daughter has lived there for two years. The property is well maintained and they quickly address any maintenance concerns. We hosted a graduation party in the clubhouse this weekend. The staff was so accommodating, especially Brandon. Thanks again!

I’d like to start off with the staff especially Brandon and Jeff they were very kind and helpful and I have nothing negative to say against the front office staff. However the apartment was a complete disappointment and a totally different experience. Firstly there was MOLD in the bathroom cabinets, Cracks in the walls, chipped and stained paint, stained cabinets and an outlet that was coming out of the wall. There was as well missing baseboards, Lots of rust and an odor in our hallway leading to our apartment along with lots of other things missing or destroyed. We brought up these concerns with the front office staff and they sent cleaner As soon as possible. While they showed up they were yet to do their job. Leaving the floors unswept, bags of trash out on the balcony and leaving dirt all over the counter tops. There were multiple maintenance issues and cleanliness problems throughout the apartment. We were lucky able to get out of the lease, and we are honestly relieved to be out. This place just isn’t worth the money unfortunately :(

Great property and great people. The rent is decent, and the package lockers are convenient. When there's been issues with the shuttle bus, UV has accomodated so I and other community members can still get to Ball State. Brent and Tony are the shuttle drivers. Bralen, Faelyn and Dylan are a few of the leasing agents I see, and they always greet anyone who walks in the door. Jeff and Rosalie are approachable and kind managers who I can just walk in and speak with if I have any questions. I also love the community events. Brandon and everyone here puts a lot of effort into everytjing they host
