Honestly it’s a great price for what you get. Maintenance is really responsive which is great. Location is great for parta bus if you don’t have a car! All around would recommend to live here! Love that you can pay the whole year in one installment for a discount on rent too

I absolutely love living here! It is the cheapest place on campus and has everything we need. The only thing is that the appliances are not the best but what can you expect from a college townhome. It is very manageable and in a great location. Debbie Davis is also very communicative and does a great job at getting back to emails quickly and providing us with all the information we need.
