I’ve had a great experience at University Edge Apartments. The location is extremely convenient — close to campus, restaurants, and shopping — which makes day-to-day life a lot easier. The units are modern and spacious, and I really like the layout and updated finishes. The amenities are a big plus. The gym, study areas, and common spaces are well-maintained and make it easy to balance school and downtime. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff has always been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, University Edge is a solid choice for student living. It’s comfortable, convenient, and offers a good community atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for housing near campus. Uedge has been super helpful with move in and any questions I have. Everyone is really kind, especially Haley who I connected with and felt genuinely cared for. The facilities are also very nice, safe, and kept up well. Highly recommend!

The UEdge staff has always been friendly and helpful. The managers have also been great, including Emmie who has been really helpful to me and my roommates and makes sure we have a great living experience.

I had a great experience touring the apartment complex with Gracie Barger. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Gracie took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the amenities and lease options clearly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit. She was friendly, patient, and very easy to talk to, which made the tour enjoyable. I would definitely recommend working with Gracie if you’re looking for an apartment here!
