This place is absolutely terrible. They over charge you for everything and expect you to clean everything pretty much to the extent so some else can move it right after and when you do move in half the stuff doesn't work or you get the landlord treatment with everything painted over. Turn over rate is so terrible you get a new manager every week. Can't have anything out side of the 1200 apartment you pay for. Won't come fix any thing or mow but will gladly buy more rocks and not take care of the laundry room half the stuff doesn't work. The photo is my water heater told them about this first week I moved in and they refused to fix it. Charged me to have my dogs there and then wanna charge me an extra 500 for the cleaning on top what's the point of the pet security fee???Place is absolutely terrible rent anywhere else please.

DO.NOT.LIVE.HERE! Me and my roomate needed a first space and we got something cheap, guess you get what you pay for... we had a corner apartment and the neighbors on our side wall were hoarders, and the ones below us were dirty, had roaches, fought day and night, and cooked hard drugs below us. ALLL OF THESE were reported to proper channels, cops, office, etc. it is impossible to contact a manager, and when you do get them they are unhelpful as the receptionists, crystal is amazing tho!. all of these problems when unresolved for a year and a half while we paid rent on time and were model tenants. you'll never get your deposit back regardless if you leave the place spotless

Roaches no matter what you do. Maintenance "fixed" our bathtub faucet by tightening it to oblivion so that it could not be moved. One of my neighbors lets his dog shit all over the sidewalk and nobody has done anything about it. They didn't discuss utility fees with us properly despite knowing it was our first time renting, leading us to be surprised by an extra $60/mo. All 3 laundry facilities are broken despite numerous complaints. This has apparently been an issue for years. It'll take you all day and night and $14 to do one load of laundry. Electrical issues constantly, at night our lamp will flicker because you dared use the microwave. We've had lots of computer issues, monitors shorting, not powering on, which we've never had in the years prior. And yet, rent is going up by nearly $100 at the cheapest. At least there's a pool, I guess? Pool guy for Papermoon is awesome and a gent so there's that. Except they close the pools during pool hours :/ Do not rent here.

I would never EVER rent here again. There are roach infestations, the office employees are rude and completely incompetent at their jobs. It took 3 weeks to get our refrigerator fixed. The air conditioning broke multiple times. The water heater cracked and leaked under our floors. The laundry rooms were never clean and half the machines were always broken. Also at move out the office said they would contact me if any problems or charges need to be made, they didn’t. Instead they charge me for an unclean apartment after I spent a whole day cleaning it. The only thing I can tell you to do is run from any DTI property.
