The housing events have food. The RAs at the housing events are welcoming. However, I wish that there were more activities specifically meant to initiate interaction between people (e.g., ice breaker questions). At the events most people don’t imitate interactions with those they don’t know. Overall, I like the events

I just renewed my lease. This past year has been very good. I love all the events the RAs host and how kind and welcoming their energy is. Adrian is my new RA and you can tell he is very dedicated to his job as he often makes calls to keep us informed of anything he sees as important for us.

It's a budget friendly apartment area to stay depending on your budget plan, with Its strategic location at the heart of Bay Area/Clear Lake hub. I love the maintenance team, very respectful team that are always helpful when needed. Some members of the management team are helpful like my first Resident Assistant, Jerrick; but others are horrible like my current RA, Chidalu, who invades private space to do apartment inspection, in a very disrespectful and rude manner. As a resident, you pay bills and abide by policies but still find some RA like her, invading your private apartment space in your presence or absence, accessing your bathroom/bedroom without prior notice when you are away from home which I find unacceptable, admonishing you for not cleaning your bathroom mirror even though hot shower steam clogs the mirror occasionally, taking pictures of your apartment to buttress her overreach, which I see as invasion of privacy, telling your how to arrange your bathroom like you are living free. These attitude from the current RA and some part of the management team, I find very disturbing and unacceptable or things like regularly updating or changing policies or introducing new policies to you, or having random bills from utilities crawling your account every now and then, it's exhausting. Albeit, some positives include, they regularly organizing social programs for occupants. There is also Wi-Fi available as per apartment. The ambient environment with its surrounding, coupled with the UHCL's location not too far away, showcases natural walk trails with a pretty lake view and occasional wild life. I recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to live side by side with nature and surrounded within walkable distance from major location hub in the Bay/Clear Lake Area, depending on your needs/priorities and policies you are comfortable with.

Diamond is so nice very professional and understanding. I had an issue and she was very communicative and concerned and tried to do her best to solve the issue and I appreciate her !
