The property itself has slight potential, if safety was a better concern , but the management experience leaves a lot to be desired. Communication from the office has been inconsistent, and resolving resident concerns often takes much longer than expected, or if they handle it at all. There appears to be a lack of concern and commitment on issues that are brought to the office’s attention. Also the safety of the apartment is terrible. There’s always random people/ homeless in the garage or pool area. I’ve witnessed a group of female residents scared to get out of their vehicle because of this. Another concern is the level of customer service. Residents should expect to be treated with the same level of professionalism and respect, but that has not always been my experience. Consistency in how concerns are handled and how residents are treated would go a long way toward improving the overall living experience. They don’t hire professional maintenance, it’s just residents who they underpay and have no training. To be completely honest The office workers suck! Hopefully management takes resident feedback seriously and works on professionalism, improving communication, accountability, and customer service

My guy Tah is the best, very engaging and thoughtful dude I knew him a little during school and was looking into apartments and with his experience he was able to guide me in the right direction while being attentive and answering any questions I may have would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Way cleaner and quieter than my previous place, The Jolly Rodger. My downstairs neighbor is a couple of rowdy and loud alcoholic college kids (unavoidable) and I can still barely hear em. The package system keeps all my mail safe. There's lots of homeless people since this is next to a inner city grayhound bus terminal, but they're usually no bother & almost everything I'd need is walking/biking distance away from the car-park. I've recently biked to my pharmacy and the family dollar tree. Inner city is also great for fancy food locations & pretty botany.

Everytime I have been it has been exceptionally clean. I also met one of the workers, ta, and he was very kind. Overall a great apartment and great customer service.

Sandra was super helpful during the whole lease signing process, super nice building and staff and a very friendly area.
