University Trails College Station, college-station-tx

I lived here for 2 years but im finally graduating and moving back home. University trails is such a great place to live as a first year student because of the bus route but also as a post grad due to the close proximity to the other school sites such as the Health Science Center. Maintenance is great and they work fast. Deliveries are quick and easy with lockers available for some mail packages. Love the cardio room and study spaces!! Totally would recommend.

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience living at University Trails. The staff is always friendly, professional, inviting, and quick to help whenever needed. The property is well maintained, clean, and creates a welcoming environment for residents. I also appreciate the amenities like the gym, study rooms, gathering area, and complementary coffee. There’s a great sense of community here. Overall, it has been a comfortable and positive place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great place to live.

Pretty affordable place to live IMO. The front desk does a good job of assisting you. They have nice amenities like the pickleball court, basketball court, sand volleyball, a pool and a gym. The gym is kinda small and they have another room only for cardio but you can get an ok workout out of it. They also have an Aggie Bus Stop right in front which is convenient.

I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The apartment itself is nice, and the management has been helpful when needed. The location and amenities are definitely positives. There were some issues with ants, and the kitchen is a bit smaller than I would prefer, especially if you cook often. However, aside from this, the apartment is comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, I’d still recommend this place to others looking for a nice apartment in the area.

I love my apartment! The apartment quality is great for the price. Maintenance staff is friendly and maintenance orders usually get done within 2 days they were placed which is really nice. Apartment is very willing to help you out with your issues.
