I'm not very good at English, and my flight was delayed, so I arrived late, the staff—including one guy who loves rap and helped me out in all sorts of ways—were really kind. I’m truly grateful to him. Overall, there are many kind staff members.

My daughter moved in here and from the second we came everyone was so friendly and helpful! We got in late at night and the smiling faces and positive demeanor of the people at guest services and security were exactly what we needed after our long journey to Chicago! Everyone has been so helpful and kind and communicative - especially Onome and Antoine!!! The bedrooms are small but clean with a great view of the city and the common areas are large! All of the other people living here have been so friendly in the elevators and the amenity lounge! 10/10

Antoine embodies true leadership that is solution-oriented and resident-focused. From our first meeting over the phone to meeting him in person today, he remains motivated and driven to support the needs of our daughter who will be residing at UC for the summer while in a summer internship in Chicago. The tour was perfect, just-right detail of what we needed to see! As parents, cannot thank Antoine enough for going the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met, for turning many “nos” into “yes”. We’re grateful and will definitely refer IC to others who find themselves needing housing for their college student in the Chicago area.

Jesus was incredibly helpful with the lease process for my son. he was responsive to our questions and took the time to confirm that we submitted everything correctly. We appreciate his excellent customer service!

Horrible experience. Dining hall food is terrible and the staff don’t do nothing except sit around and give attitude. If u are an athlete don’t expect much healthy food just junk like pizza and burgers. In the 4 person suite the Bathroom floors are soaking wet every time you use the showers because the curtains aren’t long enough and there is no drain on floor so you have to mop the floor constantly. This is the 3rd university I’ve attended and these dorms is by far worst I’ve had. Never thought I’d be leaving a review but thought it would be helpful for yall before you go spending thousands on a dorm that sucks.
