University Apartments Chapel Hill, chapel-hill-nc

We lived in the University Apartment during our first year in Chapel Hill. My husband goes to UNC, so this apartment is super close to the campus and also downtown. There are many event in the downtown during the weekend and usually no buses running, but you can just walk for 8-10 minutes from here. We loved our room with the balcony that is just nice to sit and relax. The staffs are super nice, helpful and work quickly. Too bad we had to move since we have a kid and needed a bigger space. Definitely recommend this apartment especially if you are single or with partner.

I have lived here for over 2 years and plan to stay an additional 2. Great location, great apartment (i recently moved into an updated unit). I love the GIANT balcony. Staff is quick & kind. Love for Jonathan, Belle, and Ralph. Common spaces could be kept a little cleaner, but they do their best:) My doggies and i love it here.

I lived here for the entirety of my 3 years as a graduate student at UNC. I loved every moment of being here. The apartment is definitely a bit older than some of the newer apartment complexes being built around UNC. However, it is located in close proximity to the actual campus, plenty of parking, excellent leasing office (never had issues with packages), prompt maintenance requests, and absolutely wonderful human beings. Even today, I miss my time in Chapel Hill dearly and it was an absolute pleasure to have resided here for those 3 years there.

I live here right now and I really love my apartment! I find that I am able to keep my apartment super tidy and clean despite most of the other reviews. The people are very nice and try their best to help with any issues. I would definitely recommend. They are very understanding and great people to have as management. I love my space!!
