University Village At Clemson, central-sc

I had such a great experience living at UV and with the staff in the office. They are all so kind and understanding and don’t hesitate to make your experience living there as best as possible. Special thank you to Abigail Tickle, who went above and beyond to help me with the application and move in process and made it so seamless.

Living here as a student has been a pretty good experience overall. The location is super convenient and makes getting to campus really easy. The apartments are nice and comfortable for student living. Management and maintenance have been generally helpful, though there can be occasional delays. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re looking for something close to campus with a good student environment.

Love the staff and all the events they do to try to get the community together. I also really appreciate April for always being available to help me out. Even when she is not working and the office is closed, I knew that if I called her I could still count on her to pick up and help me resolve any issue I had with things like lock outs or just answer a couple questions I had about the moving in process because I will be staying another year here, but in a townhome. Thank you April!

I’m very disappointed in the way this property is run. Every time you turn around something is broken. It takes weeks on end to be replaced or repaired, that is, if you’re lucky enough to get a hold of management! My daughter goes to school but also works a part time job in order to pay rent, and this place is ridiculous and not worth a dime. Currently her washer is broke and she’s “waiting on a part.” Today they went to the gym and the water fountain doesn’t work. The AC is horrible. Last month it was a broken dishwasher. The carpets are gross. And then rent goes up this year…for what?!?! You’re definitely not making any improvements!!! Be professional and do better!!!

University Village is a great place to live near Clemson. The community has a great atmosphere and the rent is affordable compared to many other options in the area. Abby on staff was especially great to work with and always made sure I was taken care of!
