University Village Townhome Apartments, carbondale-il

I've lived at UV for 2 years & I would highly recommend it for a place to live. It's a great community. It's conveniently located with in a short walk to the SIU campus. When I go into the office, the staff is very nice & helpful. If you have a maintenance request, they have always been there the same day. All utilities are paid for except for electric. Your townhouse apartment has high speed internet which never goes out, except when Carbondale is having a power outage. In your unit, you also have a washer & dryer & a dishwasher. The affordable price also includes entrance into the clubhouse with24 hour fitness center & 24 hour computer lab with printing. The clubhouse also has free tanning,pool table & shuffleboard, you can sit & watch TV & get coffee at the coffee bar. Also, use of the pool & sand volleyball court. Also, use of the outdoor fireplace where you can grill with neighbors. If you have a dog, you can let your dog run in the dog park. UV also throws fun events about 5 times a month. Rent here, you won't regret it!!

I’ve lived at UV for 2 years and my experience has been overall very good. The amenities you get for what you pay are excellent value and the proximity to campus is convenient. They also won’t raise your rent if you renew your lease early which is very nice.

University Village is a great apartment complex, especially for students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and offer a good balance between affordability and quality. One of the standout aspects of University Village is the customer service. The staff is generally helpful, but Liliana Chavez in particular goes above and beyond. She is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about helping residents. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and values the residents! Overall, University Village is a solid choice for housing and has excellent customer service!

I've lived here for two years. Jenna is by far the best employee on site. She has always been super positive but laid back. She is really easy to talk to, and like the rest of the staff, knowledgeable and nice. However, Jenna is definitely my go to person when asking questions about UV. Keep up the great work Jenna!

UV is a great place to live! it’s very spacious and feels like home. the amenities are a great addition to the complex. maintenance is always quick to help and the staff is so kind. i always enjoy seeing liliy in the clubhouse, she is so friendly and attentive, and always checks in to make sure my experience at UV is perfect (+ she has the best recipes for the iced coffee bar:)).
