Horrible landlord treatment of tenants that ensure here such as: -Stealing the deposits of students moving out of state -Remodeling my living room for months while I was living in the apartment saying no other units available -Not replacing the heirloom coffee table that literally an unqualified tenant, destroyed when moving the furniture to conduct renovations for the landlord -The double-charging of the pet deposit without any contractual obligation essentially extorting me into an agreement I didn't sign as retaliation for other complaints made literally in the same email -Kicking out an autistic tenant for made up reasons, literally admitting to me that you needed to get them out because they were difficult to rent apartments with -Never maintaining the property, literally 5 bags of de-icer used only at the very end of winter covered in ice, unplowed. Leaves and trash and rocks everywhere. Horribly bad craftsmanship in all living areas paint and walls and kitchens, taking months to replace toilets, weeks to replace lightbulbs And much more. Stay far away, it's not worth the low price.
