Lived here for two years and I'm done with them. They're horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Multiple issues with our apartment that they never fixed: our hot water was unusable and when we filled a bowl up the water turned gray. Dish washer doesn't work properly and doesn't clean the dishes at all. And finally one of the main reasons, we lived without a working AC for OVER 3 MONTHS!!! We called them and they were like yeah we ordered a part for it, BUT IT NEVER CAME. We kept calling them about the AC cause it was 100 degrees outside and our apartment got to 85 plus degrees. We when called them about that they started to get pissed off with us and they didn't even care. We did get a hold of someone and they replaced our AC with a can a vacant apartment AC and then took our portable AC (which did work but didn't cool our bedrooms so it wasn't a permanent fix) but the apartment AC that they replaced STILL DIDN'T WORK and then they took our portable one cause they thought they fixed it BUT THEY DIDN'T. Like it's just awful these people don't wait for things to work and then took away our only source of the little AC that we had. Also they charge us well over $120 for utilities for like 3 months for no reason what so ever (Cause utilities vary but we're not using that much electricity to cost us that much). This place sucks and the leasing office doesn't care about their residents problems. Don't live here, I would give it zeros stars but the only reason I'm giving it one star is because of the view of our apartment cause we were on the 5th floor and could see everything which was nice but that was the only good thing about living here.

Average amenities. Great front desk staff. The parking situation is abysmal, where you are strong-armed into buying parking passes to be able to park a block away for about $650+ per year. Roommates and I have had near-monthly plumbing problems (up until winter 2025). Summer 2026 edit: they decided to change the wifi provider. Originally, the wifi was completely public and unsafe to connect to (which can be completely bypassed with a $25 router you can plug into the wall), but now the network has been enshittified by Spectrum. Awful, spotty connections regardless of whichever network you're connected to. You are no longer able to connect to the network via ethernet cable. Communication from management has been sparse. I cannot believe I watched a service I have been paying for get worse over the span of a few months.

university edge has been a great place to live the past two years! It has many amenities, and super close to campus! Management has always been super helpful and amazing and always plan the best events like the coffee bar and breakfast for residents! Aarju at the front desk is amazing and always very helpful when I have questions!!

They have no idea what they are doing concerning billing! They send an email indicating that utility bills will be combining 2 months, which is ridiculous, then send send a notice that the account is overdue and would be charged a late fee of $50! When you call complaining they say it was a big mistake and would be corrected! Then you get an AI message saying you are being charged $50 late fee! Original message said the due date for the utility bill would be April 15! Confusion all around! One side doesn’t know what the other side is doing! Get your act together!
