Modern flat in Vilamoura near the beach and marina, vilamoura

Fantastic location and easy walking distance between the Marina on one side and old Quarteria on the other along the promenade. The apartment was immaculately presented, spacious, well equipped and the pool is great with plenty of sun beds available. Couldn’t believe how quiet and serene it was. What a relaxing wonderful stay. Staff were great and very helpful if needed. Plenty of bars and supermarkets nearby to stock up as required. Direct access to the beach opposite and a beach bar restaurant that serves great food throughout the day and late into the evening. 5 stars from me for sure.

First off, the residences is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are very clean and well designed with lots to offer. The views looking out to the beach are lovely and on that, location for the beach and short walk to marina are great. We saved loads in cabs just because the location was so close. The pool though... the pool is not heated and when we stayed (28-29°c) it was still absolutely freezing. Our 6 yr old could only stay in there for a short time before having to come out with blue lips and hands to warm up. For a family stay, this is why it got a 7. You cannot just hang by the pool all day, if you do, take some thick stuff to warm up when you get out. If you're not bothered by a pool though, this place is a great stay and would highly recommend it. Also if you're a light sleeper, you're very close to a beach club that plays music until late and randomly sets off fireworks, didn't bother us at all.

Fantastic 2 bed apartment with balcony. Spacious, spotlessly clean, everything you could think of (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron and ironing board). Fabulous shower. Pool and pool area great. Quiet, plenty of loungers, big pool. Beautiful area. No pool bar, which we did miss, but a beach bar right outside the property 50 meters away. Location 2 mins from the beach, 10 minutes from "old town" with supermarkets, cafes etc 15 mins from marina with all the restaurants and bars Very helpful, pleasant staff.

We stayed in the four-person apartment with a jacuzzi, and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the apartment had a lovely layout with plenty of space. We stayed for six days, but even for a longer stay there is more than enough closet space. It was also very convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The jacuzzi was amazing, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. It was so relaxing to enjoy the view while looking out over the ocean. The staff were also very friendly, and the hotel is in excellent condition. The location is perfect as well, since everything is within walking distance. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Just back from a 7 night stay. The apartment was beautiful & had everything you could need. Wine, water, fruit & cake on arrival was lovely. We didn't use the pool as was a bit cold for us. Shame it didn't have a hot tub in the pool area for the cooler months. Pillows could have been better & our dishwasher broke on our 2nd day there & leaked on floor. The chap from reception came & turned it off at the fuse box as it wouldn't turn off either. Never heard anything again from anyone regarding it getting fixed or replaced. No plug for kitchen sink so not great for washing dishes after the dishwasher broke. We had a great holiday & would return despite the above
