Studio in bonfim, with large balcony, porto

Just stayed one night here in a room with bathroom. It exceeded my expectations as the room was clean, airy with a lot of light. The location is great with easy transportation and close to many attractions within 20 minutes walking. Vítor was quite communicative with detailed instructions. Highly recommend it.

I liked the location, it was in closed to many supermarkets, bar, bakery, metro stop. Easy to reach by metro from the airport and the city center is also walking distance. The place itself is a little gem behind a door on a big street! One of the room was small with 4 beds but enough, I jest slept there 2 nights before the Camino so I didn't have neither big luggage! There is a big window anyway, no curtains but no problem for me. Unfortunately there is only one bathroom for everyone, 10 people! The thing is that if someone is taking a shower, there is also no toilet or sink you can use.. The kitchen is really nice and well furnished with everything you need, big fridge, I never found it busy! Nice dining room and nice little space outside! Upstairs I think there are private rooms with their own little terrace! There are lockers, with the lock and the little key that comes with the door key. It's quiet big but they are outside the room! In general was also pretty clean and well maintained! The entrance can be tricky, so read your email and whatsapp. Vitor was really clear and nice with the communication. The hostel is one street behind the one showed on booking. There is no physical reception.

The hostel is clean and tidy and the employees are jolly and friendly. At the same time, the shared kitchen is accessible and easy to use. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. I also like the fact the hostel provided keys which one can use to lock their locker. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Its location is just a 5-minute walk from the metro exit and there is a supermarket right nearby. It was nice having separate lockers for luggage and personal belongings in the rooms; overall, the rooms were clean except for the bathroom. The biggest disadvantage is the 3-tier bunk beds; sleeping on the top bunk means even the slightest movement makes the bed shake a lot, and since it's hard to deal with other guests, your sleep might get disturbed at night. Also, there are very long bathroom queues in the morning, so try to get your business done as early as possible.

A beautiful hostel, clean, quiet, and very welcoming. We met some wonderful travelers from different places, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for both resting and socializing. I would definitely recommend this hostel and would happily stay here again.
