MP7#R2 - Bedroom w/ balcony in Marquês de Pombal, lisbon

Very nice amenities, indoor swimming 🏊‍♀️, roof terrace, movie room, very nice gym, library, quite setting, laundry. The room is very clean and we'll kept! Perfect size! Love the community donation boxes 📦 for move in and out hand me downs!

The apartment is well-equipped, but the room is quite small. The gym is fairly basic and could benefit from more strength-training equipment. Laundry is also quite expensive.

The service is top notch! Good location, not far from the train station. Every room are really clean and spacious, the staff member are really kind and helpful (they speak english). Quiet place if you want to study, big library, nice pool, nice laundry machine and theatre if you want to watch some movies. I stayed there during one month and half for an intership with my school and it was such a really good experience. Best place in Lisbon for student, it definetly worth the price and their refund policy is really quick. Don’t miss the opportunity to try Livensa Living! Armand Ngoudjo

Very bad experience overall. The room was extremely small, much smaller than expected, and the beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. On top of that, the Wi-Fi barely works and is completely unreliable. They also charge 6€ every single time you want to wash your clothes, which feels excessive given the quality of the place. They complain about absolutely everything and look for any excuse to charge extra fees at totally unreasonable prices after you leave. When you question the charges or ask for explanations, their attitude becomes intimidating and threatening. It feels like they try to pressure you into paying no matter what, instead of handling things professionally. I would not recommend this place at all. Be very careful with your deposit.

Very disappointed by the management so far, especially considering the amount of the monthly fee, which should justify an excellent service and fast response to issues. Swimming pool and sauna are closed from basically the beginning of the academic year, no compensation granted for this. I have reported an issue in late January because of a water leak from my window during rainy days, still haven't heard back of any maintenance planned after 2 months, despite my reminder!! Water is also leaking in the common rooms and this has also not been taken care of. There is simply too little staff taking care of maintenance. Worst of all, the quality of the laundry machines is extremely poor: virtually no product used, bad smell coming from the machines, insufficient cycles, especially the drier, which does not dry completely. The extra charged for that are outrageous. To sum up this is not really worth the price and I would not recommend. Only positive exceptions are the fact that the rooms are relatively new and with wide windows - which can barely be opened, though! - and the kindness of the staff who try the best to keep this place running.
