I've been living in Camplus for two years now and I'm very pleased with the service and assistance. The apartment has everything I need for a comfortable life. The personnel are nice, polite and always ready to help.

I stayed in a Camplus apartment for a year. My experience was extremely positive. I contacted the foundation at the last minute, unable to find accommodations that met my needs at a reasonable price. The staff responded promptly to my email with my request, and I visited the apartment offered the next day. The staff was prompt and courteous, showing me two options. In the end, I chose my two-room apartment. It was in perfect condition and very clean. The area was very convenient for my needs and for getting around. It was within walking distance of all amenities. The booking and contract were very easy to manage, despite my lack of familiarity with bureaucracy. We completed the entire process via email. The deposit is lower than what agencies typically require, which was a great help considering I'm away from home. I had no problems during my year there, and the staff responded promptly to questions via email. I had to move for study reasons, but I will always cherish this experience. Parma is a beautiful city, and I thank the Camplus Foundation and its staff for their hospitality! Highly recommended!

Moving into their home was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. After giving me an appointment to see the house, they left me waiting for two hours before finally letting me into an absolutely disgusting house (despite the promise of pre-entry checks to prevent this), with a room devoid of pillows or curtains. They left me with the keys to another apartment for hours before returning to bring me the right ones. During the pandemic, they raised a lot of issues, asking with the naivety of a toddler what serious reasons allowed me to request a quick termination of the contract, and demanding that I attach documentation to prove it. After the termination, the ordeal of asking for my deposit back began, which was only returned to me two months later. Unfortunately, it was only a fifth of the amount, and after trying to convince me I hadn't paid the last rent installment, over a month passed before I received the full deposit and was finally free of them. Highly discouraged, they are the worst kind of crooks, and they don't seem to have any interest in ensuring a good living experience.

Corrupt manager has abusive power, she invented a new law to make me leave the house, without reason.
