Welcoming double ensuite bedroom near the Vezzano Ligure train station, la-spezia

I spent a really beautiful holidays, the apartment is really new, confortable, clean and really near to the trains station. Is also near to the port where i took the boat for 5 terre. Paolo is really a nice person and he help us given all details for the most experience in Italy.

The owner is really nice guy, we had a problem, it was birds fault, he come after 15 minutes and cleaned everything, nice place, clean big, near to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Absolute satisfaction. Great and caring host, nice and clean room in a great strategic location, simple self-checkin. I definitely recommend!

The three of us stayed comfortably: the double room with bathroom was very clean and equipped with all the comforts, including a free bottle of wine! Paolo was very kind and advised us on everything, from parking to what to visit, how to get around, and where to eat. If I could give it six stars, I would! Highly recommended!

We stayed for six nights in a small, very clean room with a beautiful bathroom, located in the center of La Spezia, near the train station. We thought we could have breakfast there, but without a kitchenette, it wasn't possible, even though tea, coffee, and a kettle were available. Paolo, the owner, is friendly, very helpful, and always available, regularly checking in on us. The only downside is the noise. The apartment is next to a square, from which noise can be heard until 1 or 2 a.m., making it difficult to get any rest.
