super stay and welcoming staff made our trip easy. Hotel located in very quite area so no bussy roads or group of tourists around. Big thanks and hope to visit you in near future!

The room and bathroom were super clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. They provided juice, water, and a delicious croissant. The host was very good with communication. Self check in was very smooth (as we arrived way later than planned). I would stay here again as it was safe, clean, quiet, comfortable, and the host had good communication. Close and easy to get to the city center.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the couple taking care of this amazing place is super nice and helpful, we had coffee & croissants for free, the rooms are extra clean and the vibe calm and relaxing. Don't hesitate to choose 23 apartments has your place to stay and visit La Spezia, Portovenere and Cinque Terre: the transports are close by and you can also buy your bus tickets on a small caffe next to the bus station. Thank you so much for the experience !

I had a great stay at 23 Apartments! The location was perfect (if you come with car), close to nice beaches and Cinque Terre. The staff was friendly and provided excellent care. The private parking was a huge plus. The rooms are refurbished and nicely decorated. The only downside was that the room we stayed in was a bit small. Still highly recommended for a wonderful stay!
