Pleasant 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Nea Smyrni, nea-smyrni

We had a wonderful experience at Pnoe Urban Living. The accommodation was modern, stylish, very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The location was very convenient, and the overall quality of our stay exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, with great attention to detail and genuine hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Pnoe Urban Living again. Highly recommended!

Super clean, Lots of Space, loads of nice Restaurants but a Bit far from central of Athens…20-30 Minutes by Bus, but Bus is super crowded…so once youre in the city you most likely cannot go back to the Hotel for a quick rest.

Beautiful apartment on a quite good location between city center and Piraeus. Water, coffee and tea complimentary. And the most beautiful surprise for Easter- desert and coloured eggs. Very lovely and nice!

PNOĒ means ‘breath’ in Greek as πνοή while Ēaros means ‘spring’, and this place truly lives up to these wonderful names. We’ve stayed in both, our rooms were spacious, well supplied, and spotless clean. The staff are always as sweet as spring breeze😉 The experience with Pnoē & Ēaros definitely added a’breath of life’ into our stay in Athens.

We stayed at PNOĒ Urban Living for 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The apartment was super spacious — honestly, a bit too big for my personal taste, but that’s totally subjective. For many people, the large spaces will definitely be a big plus. Everything was spotless — both the main areas and the bathroom, which was also very convenient. The small kitchen came with all the basic utensils you'd need. Bathroom amenities were available, though quite simple/basic. The location felt safe and was well-connected. Plenty of food options nearby, along with mini markets and supermarkets within walking distance. The main square of Nea Smyrni is about a 5–10 minute walk. It’s a place that feels more like a hotel than a typical Airbnb — there’s a reception desk (not 24/7, but available until late afternoon), and they offer breakfast upon request. Overall: very clean, very spacious, in a good area, with all the essentials. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Would definitely recommend!
