Double Bedroom with a private bathroom co-living shared kitchen, athens

I added pics to offset the negative reviews. Wow... really, some people. I read the 2 negative reviews and expected a fight... The camera is facing the doorway because the hostel is self sufficient. The price is cheap because the owner doesnt staff it 24/7. The place now is half full. Everyone is very good about cleaning after themselves. There is not mold and the bathrooms are ventalated. Balcony is clean considering smokers have some nasty habits of ashing everywhere. There is a broom n dustpan which i used in the dorm (lockers n space) and balcony= 5 min squeky clean. The kitchen is very well equipped n clean. The neighborhood is super. 3 proper size grocery stores, a small plaza with coffee shops is 2 blocks away. Train station is near too. I needed a duvet cause the night is chilly. Though the owner was in flight, i received a duvet😁. The owner is not on premise and i have not met him after 5 days stay. I had to fill out a form to get the instructions on how to enter the building and apartment. I had to pay online but he has international accounts so the process went smoother than i anticipated. All in all great place to hang my hat a couple weeks. Athens is a big city with a great vibe. Enjoy!!

Location is great, close to central areas like Omonoia which did feel quite unsafe at night, but accommodation area felt safe. Dorm is okay, can get quite noisy due to doors, beds and common room. Cleaner comes once a day and is friendly. An alright place to stay and easy to get to.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Very bad communication with the owner, once I paid he wasn't bothering in answering my messages. The house is in a slum area, sorry and smelly and it's so the building itself. The house looks clean but after walking with my socks I realised the floor want completely clean, I found human hair on the socks. I arrived at the double room and it's not as nice as it look in the pictures. The floor is damaged and the balcony is so unpleasant that I didn't use it. I had to call them to get towels, but because the owner want answering my messages I had to used NY clothe to dry myself. I asked for instructions in how to open the safe, again, I didn't get an answer. We reported that the door of the trolley was blocked, and no one came to see it, so if you want to use the toilet you have to keep the door open. If you want to save money, go there, but I wouldn't recommend it. So much noise and to much light coming into the bedroom. The bed is super uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep for two nights also because the Aircon makes a weird noise. I DON'T recommend this place at all

Aggressive landlord, mold everywhere, bad wifi, camera that can record audio and video in the living room. Forces you to join a WhatsApp group where he puts daily messages, and if you miss your cleaning day he tries to charge 15 euros, and publicly shaming you in the WhatsApp group. also, make sure to like this landlord because you will see his face A LOT. Comes checking in on the apartment and his tenants three times a week at least. Tried to get physically aggressive because he was called a bad name. The roommates were very friendly though, that's the only positive about this place.

Real local experience in very comfortable shared apartment. Super clean, nicely decorated, modern design, stylish new bathrooms. Everything provided wifi, TV, fully equipped kitchen with new appliance, towels, shampoo. Felt like home. Highly recommend!
